Issue Types
Define, in a flexible way, the types of issues you wish to track. “Ideas,” “Questions,” “Suggestions,” and “Bugs” are some common examples. Create a set of issue types that best serves your business purposes, associating them with pre-defined icons.
Every ATAdesk account automatically receives an e-mail address in the form your_business@atadesk.com. When your users send e-mails to this address, new issues will be instantly added to your support area. Users can also update tickets without leaving the comfort of their inboxes. They are notified of modifications to their issue status and are able to send the latest updates directly from their e-mail.

Customize your ATAdesk with your own company’s look and feel. Upload your logo, choose your colors, and you are set!

Our keyword search, auto-filters, and advanced search features let you find the information you're looking for in a matter of seconds.
Access Control
It is very easy to set up groups and users with access to your Atadesk space. You can, for instance, create a user group with limited access to a subset of documents.
